I am passionate about road safety. I always aim to conduct my driving lessons in a relaxed & friendly manner so that every one of my drivers feels at ease right from the start. Hi I’m Phil, your local LEAP driving school instructor in Great Glen, Leicester. I am a fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) & I am proud to say that I currently hold a GRADE A certificate for driver coaching with over 10 years experience. I am passionate about road safety and I actively promote ‘Safe Driving For Life’. I decided to become a Driving Instructor in 2009 & I love the fact that every day brings a new face & with it, a brand new challenge. Every new driver I meet is different from the next so my days are always full of variety. The feeling I get from coaching somebody a new life-long skill is like no other & to be part of their success & to see them succeed and pass their driving test is just FANTASTIC! I want to give all of my drivers the opportunity to gain in confidence, have independence & ultimately, change their lives forever. I am a firm believer in having fun at work, so I like to make my lessons as enjoyable and productive as possible with some laughs along the way! I have always been told that I am a ‘calming influence’ and I always aim to conduct my driving lessons in a relaxed and friendly manner so that every one of my drivers feels at ease right from the start and absolutely knows that they can ask me any questions without fear of ridicule or prejudice. Even the most nervous of drivers will leave their 1st lesson feeling positive. Be assured that I will never-ever shout at you or make you feel useless! You are more than capable of reaching your goal. It is vital that I allow you to learn at a pace that best suits you and your ability but I will always encourage you and develop your skills each time you drive.
